Juventus have had conversations with the entourage of Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho but his wages continue to be a major stumbling block for any potential deal.
Sancho was left out of the squad last week in Manchester United’s win over Fulham but he is nowhere close to being a guaranteed starter for the club.
The Premier League giants are open to suitable offers for Sancho and Juventus are working towards making a move for him in the final week of the window.
The Serie A giants have been keeping tabs on the winger all summer and are now exploring a deal for him in the coming days.
According to Italian outlet TuttoJuve, they were in direct contact with Sancho’s camp on Thursday to discuss a deal.
However, Juventus are still worried about the winger’s wage package of €14m per season at Old Trafford.
His current salary levels remain a stumbling block towards doing a deal to take him to Turin.
Juventus are hoping to find a solution in the coming days to try and sign the Manchester United star before next Friday’s transfer deadline.
