Liverpool will only be paying the full add-ons in the Federico Chiesa deal if they win the Premier League and the Champions League, according to Sky Sports News.
The Reds are on the cusp of signing the Italy winger from Juventus for a deal worth up to £12.5m, including add-ons.
Chiesa arrived on Merseyside on Wednesday afternoon and is currently undergoing a medical ahead of joining Liverpool on a permanent deal.
Liverpool have agreed to pay an initial fee of £10m to secure the agreement with the Serie A giants.
It has been claimed that the add-ons included in the deal are based on the team’s success.
The Reds will only have to pay the full add-ons for Chiesa if he wins the Premier League and the Champions League in a Liverpool shirt.
The winger also has Barcelona chasing him but he was super keen on a move to Liverpool once the Premier League giants made their interest known.
Once he passes a medical, the Italian will sign a four-year contract with the club.
He could make his Reds debut against Manchester United this weekend if registered in time.
