Birmingham City have so far rejected all enquiries from interested Championship clubs for South Korean midfielder Seung-ho Paik, according to the BBC.
Following Birmingham City’s relegation from the Championship at the end of last season, many of their players became targets for other Championship clubs.
Among those to have caught the attention as the window draws to a close is the 27-year-old midfielder.
The Barcelona academy graduate only arrived at St Andrew’s in January and finished the campaign with 18 appearances.
Multiple clubs have approached, making enquires about the availability of the player and have continued doing that.
However, the Blues with an aim of immediately returning to the second tier, have stood firm, continuing to reject all the approaches thus far.
With the deadline fast approaching, it now remains to be seen whether Birmingham City can hold on to their stance for Paik.
Chris Davies’ side have so far have won two and drawn one of the three League One games they have played.
