The agent of Palermo midfielder Josip Ilicic has played down talk linking his player with a move to English Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur.
The 23-year-old is rumoured to be a target of the White Hart Lane outfit, but Amir Ruznic insists that he knows nothing concrete in the speculation.
"We had contacts neither with Tottenham, nor with anyone else", said Ruznic when asked about the rumours of a move from Harry Redknapp’s side, but the player’s agent did add: "although there are several English and Spanish clubs keen on him."
The midfielder will though, in Ruznic’s opinion, remain at his Serie A club, having only signed for Palermo last summer.
"He and [Armin] Bacinovic will have their agreement with Palermo revised, but they are probably going to stay for the next two years."
