Barcelona are the latest side to take a keen interest in Lech Poznan’s striker-cum-winger Artjoms Rudnevs. The 23-year-old Latvian international has been impressive in the Polish side’s Europa League run, which was only ended by Portuguese side Braga last week at the Round of 32 stage.
The Catalan side believe that Rudnevs, who scored in the first leg against Braga, could be a cost effective addition in the summer as they continue to watch their wallet, despite having signed a multi-million euro shirt sponsorship deal with the Qatar Foundation.
Lech Poznan are aware of several sides running the rule over their Latvian hitman and have mooted a figure of €6M would be needed to take Rudnev’s away from Poland.
