Spanish midfielder Jose Manuel Jurado is attracting interested glances from Premier League outfit Liverpool.
The 24-year-old Schalke star has impressed a number of clubs with his energetic and creative performances in the Champions League this season as the German side have advanced to the semi-finals.
Juardo only joined Schalke last summer, with the Ruhr giants shelling out a substantial €13M to bag his services from Atletico Madrid.
Indeed, the Spaniard began the season in style with Atletico, winning the UEFA Super Cup against Inter and then scoring against Sporting Gijon in the club’s first La Liga match.
Schalke would not easily consent to Jurado’s departure, but a big-money bid from Liverpool could prove tempting.
