Veteran Germany striker Miroslav Klose has confirmed the receipt of an offer from Serie A side Lazio.
The hitman will leave Bayern Munich this summer in search of a new adventure and more regular first team football, and a switch to Italy is a serious possibility for the player.
"I am examining the proposal between them [Bayern Munich] and Lazio", said Klose.
There are expected to be several other sides interested in the German’s signature however, and Klose will not rush into agreeing a deal with the Rome-based side.
Lazio finished fifth in this season’s Serie A, narrowly missing out on a Champions League spot to Udinese.
