Michel Bastos has revealed that he looks no closer to inking a move to Juventus as the Italian giants have yet to agree a fee with Lyon.

The Bianconeri have chased the Brazilian left sided player for months, but have yet to come to terms with Lyon, who are willing to sell Bastos for the right price – thought to be about €15M.

Bastos himself is ready to move to Turin, despite the fact that Juventus will again miss out on Champions League football next season, unlike current club Lyon.

"There are ongoing negotiations", Bastos told Le Progres, "but Lyon has not yet found an agreement with Juventus."

The longer Juventus take to seal the deal for the 27-year-old the greater the chance of another club stealing in for a late swoop, with Chelsea recently mooted as pondering a move.
