Schalke are weighing up a move for Freiburg striker Papiss Cisse.

Ruhr giants’ coach Ralf Rangnick is believed to be keen to add the quick Senegal hitman to his frontline for next season, believing the Cisse could form a lethal partnership with Raul and Klaas-Jan Huntelaar.



Cisse scored 22 goals in 32 games for Freiburg last season and became a target for a number of clubs.

Indeed, Wolfsburg had a €12M bid turned down for the striker in the January transfer window.
