Highly rated Barcelona full back Martin Montoya would consider any offers that were to arrive according to his agent.
Montoya has broken through into the senior set-up at the Camp Nou and has also had his talents recognised at international level by Spain coach Vicente del Bosque.
Several clubs have taken note of the 20-year-old’s progress, including Bayern Munich, Roma, Valencia and Malaga, with the fact that Montoya’s contract expires at the end of the season further concentrating minds.
The Spaniard is open to remaining with Barcelona and talks over a new deal are expected shortly. But, the right back’s agent Jose Maria Orobitg has stressed that offers from other sides will be considered too.
"The player wants to renew his contract", said Orobitg to Fichajes.
"FC Barcelona want to keep him, but we expected an offer.
"Martin is open to potential offers from other teams.
"I know Valencia asked about him."
