English Premier League outfit Fulham are tracking two Greuther Furth players.
Martin Jol’s men have taken a keen interest in midfielder Edgar Prib and striker Sercan Sararer, watching both in action for the 2.Bundesliga side.
Representatives from the London team took in Greuther Furth’s 5-1 thrashing of Paderborn on 12th February, a game both Prib and Sararer excelled in.
And Fulham scouts were back in Germany a week later for the Cloverleaves’ away clash against Ingolstadt, a game which ended 0-0.
On that occasion however, Jol’s representatives were only able to watch Sararer, who managed 76 minutes, as Prib was consigned to the bench throughout.
Nevertheless, Fulham are keeping close tabs on the pair and could well launch a summer swoop to take them to Craven Cottage.
Both Prib and Sararer are 22 and each is a product of Greuther Furth’s youth system.
The Bavarian side are pushing hard for promotion to the Bundesliga this season and currently sit third in the German second tier.
Should coach Mike Buskens be able to lead the Cloverleaves to the top flight, Fulham would face stern resistance in their attempts to nab Prib and Sararer.
Prib is under contract until 2014, while Sararer’s deal runs until 2013.
