Bayern Munich and Inter are believed to be pondering joining the hunt for Heerenveen striker Bas Dost.
The talented Dutch hitman is thought close to agreeing to join Felix Magath’s Wolfsburg outfit, but the Volkswagen Arena side may have to hold off late offers from elsewhere.
Dost has been in sensational form for Heerenveen in the Eredivisie this season and has had a price tag of €10M slapped on his head.
Both Bayern Munich and Inter would have little problem splashing that amount on the 22-year-old, and Dost’s feat of 28 goals in 30 league games is thought to be concentrating minds in Munich and Milan.
There is interest in Dost from elsewhere too, with English Premier League side Aston Villa having been linked with the Dutchman.
Dost’s deal with Heerenveen runs until 2015, leaving the Dutch side very much in the driving seat over the striker’s future.
