Mohammed Abdellaoue has attracted enquiries from clubs in all the major European leagues, his agent has claimed.

Arsenal have been credited with holding an interest in the Hannover hitman, while Borussia Dortmund are the latest side to be linked with Abdellaoue, as they plan for life without Robert Lewandowski.

Abdellaoue’s contract, like Lewandowski’s, expires in the summer of 2014 and that fact threatens to bring transfer talk surrounding him to a head at the end of the season.

It is no surprise to Stig Lillejord, the Norwegian striker’s agent, who is open about his client being a man in demand.

"I cannot comment on individual clubs, but in general I can say that there are several top clubs who are interested in Moa", he told Norwegian daily VG.

"He has received enquiries from all the major leagues", added Lillejord.

Abdellaoue has seen his campaign interrupted by injuries this season, but has still managed to find the back of the net seven times in 17 Bundesliga games.

He joined Hannover in the summer of 2010 from Norwegian outfit Valerenga.
