Franz Beckenbauer feels that Bayern Munich are unlikely to buy Neymar from Santos, because when the Brazilian is ready to move he will command a fee of €70M to €80M.
Bayern Munich have been linked with Neymar since announcing that former Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola is to take over in the dugout in the summer.
Guardiola is known to admire Neymar and has started work to see if capturing him ahead of his old club Barcelona would be possible for the Bavarians.
But Beckenbauer, who sits on Bayern Munich’s advisory board, cannot see the Brazilian arriving.

Neymar is under contract with Santos until 2014 and has pledged to stay in his homeland until at least then.
