Bayern Munich star Franck Ribery has admitted that there was contact from Barcelona and Real Madrid over a possible move as recently as two years ago.
However, the Frenchman opted to remain at the Allianz Arena and insists he does not regret his decision to do so.
"It is true that two or three years ago there were contacts with Madrid and Barcelona", he explained to Spanish daily El Mundo Deportivo.
"But I decided to stay and I do not regret it.
"I have been here for six years now and I feel at home."

Ribery will hope to help Bayern Munich power past Barcelona in the Champions League semi-finals next week.
