Queens Park Rangers Harry Redknapp has tipped newly-appointed Manchester United manager David Moyes to become a success at Old Trafford, considering the "professional" squad he is set to lead come next season.

The Everton manager has decided not to extend his contract at Goodison Park, paving the way for Manchester United to appoint him as their new manager come the end of the season on a six-year deal which starts on 1st July, following the shock retirement of long-serving boss Sir Alex Ferguson.

"Manchester United have top pros, [Moyes] won’t have a problem", the Rs boss told a press conference via his club’s feed.

"He will have Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, [Rio] Ferdinand, [Nemanja] Vidic – they are professionals who will take care of the dressing room. He has a great group to take over at Manchester United", Redknapp added.
