Ajax coach Frank de Boer has admitted that he is likely to lose the services of defender Toby Alderweireld, midfielder Christian Eriksen and forward Siem de Jong.
The trio helped Ajax to win this season’s Dutch title, with De Boer now having led the Amsterdam side to the Eredivisie crown for three successive seasons.
But Alderweireld, Eriksen and De Jong have many suitors abroad and with their contracts ticking down, Ajax are facing a difficult job keeping hold of the starlets.
Alderweireld, who has been linked with English clubs Arsenal, Liverpool, Tottenham and Newcastle, as well as Italian side Roma, sees his deal at the Amsterdam ArenA expire in 2014.

Eriksen, who is on Borussia Dortmund and Liverpool’s radar, also sees his contract run out in the same year.
De Jong meanwhile, who is popular in Germany, has a further year, with a contract until 2015.
"It is not forbidden to dream that Alderweireld, Siem de Jong and Eriksen could stay here in the future, but it would be unrealistic to believe that", De Boer told Voetbal International.
Ajax will undoubtedly focus on realising the highest possible fee for the trio this summer. Their departure would leave De Boer with a tough rebuilding task, with funds for reinforcements most welcome.
