Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has admitted that the Gunners have their eye on Lyon’s talented midfielder Clement Grenier, a player who reminds him of Samir Nasri.
Wenger raided French football for Nasri in 2008, tempting the attacking midfielder to Arsenal from Marseille.
The Gunners lost the France international to Manchester City in the summer of 2011 – but Wenger could be ready to sign a player reminiscent of the schemer.
"It is true that we follow him", Wenger told Telefoot, speaking about Lyon’s Grenier.

"I am impressed with his game intelligence.
"He has very interesting qualities and reminds me a bit of Samir Nasri."
Lyon’s financial situation means that an Arsenal bid for Grenier may find favour at the Stade Gerland this summer, even though coach Remi Garde rates the Frenchman highly.
The 22-year-old has a contract with Les Gones until 2014.
