Jose Mourinho has cast his gaze back to his native Portugal, with one of the defenders at a previous club attracting his attention.
According to French sports daily L’Equipe, the Portuguese tactician is keen on FC Porto centre-back Eliaquim Mangala, who recently made his senior France debut against Uruguay.
Mourinho left Porto in 2004 to take charge at Chelsea, the club to which he has returned this summer following three years at Real Madrid.
And the Portuguese tactician is already well under way with his summer transfer planning.
