AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has denied that the club have received an offer from Manchester City for forward Stephan El Shaarawy.
It has been widely suggested that the English Premier League runners-up want to snap up the Italy international and that they have even bid €40m to make their dream a reality.
El Shaarawy is on a long term contract at Milan, which runs until 2018, and the Rossoneri are desperate to retain him.
But they have not had a tough call to make yet, according to Galliani, who insists there has been no bid.

"There is no offer for El Shaarawy on the table and this is not the case", he explained to Sky Italia.
Milan continue to hold an interest in Manchester City star Carlos Tevez however.
And a deal which sees the Argentine move to Italy and El Shaarawy head to the Etihad Stadium has been mooted.
