Serie A side Juventus are aiming to sign Fiorentina’s Stevan Jovetic, who is valued at around €40m by La Viola, according to Italian sports daily Tuttosport.
Juventus’ director general Giuseppe Marotta and sporting director Fabio Paratici now need to sell some of the club’s players in order to raise the necessary funds for the capture of the Montenegro international.
Forwards Alessandro Matri and Mirko Vucinic are believed to be the prime candidates to leave the Turin outfit.
AC Milan and Lazio are interested in Matri, valued at €15m, while Napoli are keen on €18m-rated Vucinic.

Juventus also want to sell the likes of Felipe Melo, Mauricio Isla, Fabio Quagliarella and Reto Ziegler.
The Serie A champions expects a combined fee of €25.5m from the sales of Melo, Isla and Quagliarella, and are willing to sell Ziegler at a lower price than his current market value of €6.5m.
Juventus are aiming to build towards winning the coveted Champions League this season, after bowing out at the quarter-final stage of the competition last term to eventual winners Bayern Munich.
