Sunderland manager Paolo Di Canio has hinted that his players have not yet bought into his plans and explained that when they do a corner will be turned.
The Black Cats have started the new campaign poorly, with just one point from five Premier League games so far and, as a result, they sit rock bottom of the table.
Yesterday saw Di Canio's men suffer a heavy 3-0 defeat away at West Brom, who themselves had only collected two points before the match.
And the Italian tactician has insisted he is working as hard as he possibly can, but pointed out he needs "full support" from his players to turn the situation around.

"I'm never going to change my regime. I am what I am", he was quoted as saying by the BBC.
"My way to manage the team is for the top, top level. I have to be clear to everyone – the board, the chairman, the fans – I'm never going to change and never going to give up.
"One day, if I receive the full support from the players, we will turn the corner."
Sunderland at least have a break from Premier League action this week, with a visit from Peterborough in the League Cup on Tuesday evening.
Then the Black Cats face two tough home games in quick succession, with Liverpool and Manchester United providing the opposition at the Stadium of Light.
