FC Porto president Pinto da Costa had to repeat himself thrice about his in-demand players as Jackson Martinez, Eliaquim Mangala and Nicolas Otamendi were all put in the "no-proposals-yet" category.

Mangala became central to Manchester City and Manchester United earlier with even Chelsea thrown in for good measure in view of a transfer.

The 22-year-old has also had scouts from Barcelona and Everton watching him, though it is understood talks with Manchester City recently came to nought.

Barcelona thought of Otamendi as an alternative to Daniel Agger, while Martinez found himself linked to Arsenal with Napoli understood to have had an agreement in vain with his agent.

However, the trio remain at Porto and Da Costa today told Spanish agency Efe: "Every day it is said in the newspapers that this or that club wants Mangala, but Porto did not get any proposals.

"Jackson's name also appears throughout the press, but no one contacted us.

"And finally, Otamendi's name is also put out everywhere, but no club has never asked us for him."

Defenders Otamendi and Mangala are contracted at Porto until 2015 and 2016, respectively, while striker Martinez has three seasons left on his current deal.
