Inter Milan have handed over the presidential reins to Indonesian businessman Erick Thohir after his company formalised their majority shareholding takeover.
Thohir will be joined by Rosan Roeslani and Handy Soetedjo as majority shareholders via the company called International Sports Capital.
Thohir also owns a majority stake in MLS side DC United and replaces Massimo Moratti, who took over in 1995, as Inter president.
Moratti's company Internazionale Holding S.r.l. will hold a 29.5% share in Inter Milan.

"I really want to thank my friend and new partner Massimo Moratti for the trust and support, and thank also my partners Rosan and Handy, whom I’ve known for more than 20 years", Thohir said in a statement.
"I want also to thank our families. Most of all, thanks to our supporters all around the world and wherever I met them, on Twitter or personally.
"Inter is a magnificent story of passion, a tradition of winning and commitment to excellence."
Moratti, who signed the initial agreement exactly a month ago, will remain as an honorary chairman at Inter.
"I am truly pleased I have found the new owners of this glorious club", Moratti said. "I am convinced they are more than equipped to keep on adding new successes to our beloved colours.
"Personally I feel honoured to have been the president of Inter for so many years."
