Juventus will see Arturo Vidal's contract renewal finalised by the end of this week, with CEO Giuseppe Marotta confident Paul Pogba's will follow suit soon.

Both Pogba and Vidal have been central to Juventus' renewal agenda this year – with their respective contracts expiring in 2016 – even as the latter became linked with Real Madrid.

Pogba's situation, in particular, is on a knife-edge given that Arsenal, Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain, among others, are interested in him.

However, at least for Vidal, the signs are positive with Marotta telling Tuttosport: "For the contract renewal of Vidal, as I said last week, we are at the end credits.

"Surely, in the course of the next week, he will put pen to paper. Arturo will bind us into an even more solid team."

Marotta had previously stated that Pogba was not heading anywhere, a reiteration of his general stance in the last few weeks.

"Pogba is doing well," Marotta had said. "He is in an ideal environment and there are no temptations on the horizon to take him away."
