Swansea City boss Michael Laudrup would like to see Iago Aspas at his club this winter, amid injury troubles at the Liberty Stadium, but admits Liverpool may not play ball.
Forward Aspas is a target for Valencia and Real Betis as well, as he struggles for game time at Anfield.
Swansea striker Michu, who is sidelined with an ankle injury, had already expressed hope for Aspas to make the switch to South Wales.
And with Nathan Dyer also out for Swansea, Laudrup has indicated the need to step into the transfer market to ease the club's woes in the new year.
