Cardiff City and Fulham are set to be disappointed over Roma's Michael Bradley with the United States international set to join Toronto FC in a €7m deal.
Bradley had been subject to offers from both Cardiff and Fulham this winter, even as Wolfsburg and Werder Bremen were pondering their own approaches.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the 26-year-old has already flown over to Canada and was, therefore, not available for Roma's Coppa Italia win over Sampdoria yesterday.
MLS side Toronto were understood to have tabled their offer earlier this week, and the negotiations seem to have been wrapped up fairly quickly for the former New York Red Bulls midfielder.

Should the deal be eventually confirmed, Bradley could become the second major signing for Toronto, with Tottenham Hotspur's Jermain Defoe reportedly set to be unveiled on Monday.
Bradley is a former Aston Villa, Heerenveen and Borussia Monchengladbach player, while he made the switch to Roma from Chievo in 2012.
Injury had restricted Bradley to just five starts in his 11 Serie A appearances this season.
However, his return to action in late October resulted in the only goal of the Serie A game against Udinese, which then had maintained Roma's perfect start to the season.
