Roma coach Rudi Garcia has revealed that he cannot be sure of keeping midfielder Miralem Pjanic in the summer, but feels a strong midfield will be needed at the club if they qualify for Europe.

Pjanic has been linked with a whole host of clubs, including English champions Manchester United and French heavyweights Paris Saint-Germain, and it remains to be seen if his long-term future is indeed in the Italian capital.

"However, five midfielders would not be too many next year if we qualify for Europe."
