Jeremy Menez may be effecting a turnaround on his future just days after hinting at Paris Saint-Germain renewal talks, with AC Milan and Fiorentina following his moves.

Menez, linked with Liverpool as well, was fast becoming a hot transfer topic last year as Juventus and Napoli joined the fray.

He was forced to play down speculation numerous times, and last week even claimed to be holding talks with PSG about an extension beyond the summer.

However, according to Le Parisien, the signs have now quickly pointed towards the exit door, with PSG keen to offload him.

The Ligue 1 champions are even considering forgoing his contract for the last six months in order to facilitate a clean and quick break.

Menez had, last week, denied having spoken to different clubs about a possible transfer, and even insisted on staying on at PSG until the summer.

With Inter Milan also in tow, the 26-year-old former Roma winger said: "In terms of my future in the capital beyond the summer, there are discussions with the club.

"The leaders have confidence in me and there is the World Cup which is important.

"Many things have been said, but I will fight to play as much as possible. I have not spoken to any [other] club because there was never any question of leaving."
