Yevhen Konoplyanka seems to be the only one unaware about his future destination, even as Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur prepare to battle for his signature.
Liverpool are understood to be in the lead for Konoplyanka, currently contracted at FC Dnipro in the Ukraine.

The Reds are expected to seal a £15m-plus deal, though Tottenham boss Tim Sherwood is believed to be an admirer of the 24-year-old as well.
For now, Konoplyanka is taking the ignorance-is-bliss approach, being quoted by Football.ua as saying: "Seriously, I'm shocked myself.

The winger's father, on the other hand, was more revealing when it came to the Liverpool scenario, insisting the speculation had some merit.
"I do not want to say specifically, but the information about a transfer to the English club is true", his father said yesterday.
"He can change clubs later this week."
