Athletic Bilbao have more than just Tottenham Hotspur to worry about when it comes to keeping hold of highly rated defender Aymeric Laporte, with Bayern Munich now taking an interest in the 19-year-old.
Laporte has impressed with performances beyond his tender years in La Liga with the Basque outfit this term, even catching Barcelona's eye.
Earlier this week Tottenham sent a scout to take in Laporte's performance in a 3-0 La Liga win over Malaga.
Athletic Bilbao do not want to lose the young defender, but could face a fight to retain him this coming summer.

The number 4 has been noted by Bayern Munich boss Pep Guardiola, according to German magazine Kicker, with the Spaniard ready to use his contacts in his homeland in a bid to push through a deal.
Laporte has made 30 appearances in La Liga for Athletic Bilbao this season, even chipping in with two goals from his centre-back position.
The 19-year-old's contract at the San Mames runs until 2018.
