Liverpool are poised to insert themselves into the race to sign Real Sociedad winger Antoine Griezmann.
The Reds are working intently on a number of summer targets as they prepare for a return to the Champions League next season, having guaranteed a finish of no lower than third in the Premier League.
Griezmann's performances for Real Sociedad have made him hot property, with both Manchester United and Arsenal keeping close tabs on his situation, the latter even having a bid turned down in January.
But according to local daily Diario Vasco, Liverpool are also firmly in the mix, with Reds boss Brendan Rodgers sending his chief scout to watch Griezmann in action for Real Sociedad against Granada in La Liga last night.
