Xherdan Shaqiri has sent out a warning to Bayern Munich that his situation must change in the new season, as he is unwilling to play second fiddle for another year.
The Swiss international winger has been linked with Liverpool in England, while there are sure to be a whole host of other clubs also watching his situation at the Allianz Arena closely.
Shaqiri is not pushing for a move from Bayern Munich yet, but is clear he needs more regular playing time under coach Pep Guardiola in 2014/15, as well as featuring in the biggest games.
"It is clear that I cannot continue in this way. If nothing changes, I will need to myself change some things", the 22-year-old told Swiss outlet 20 Minuten.
