Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Hugo Lloris believes that the White Hart Lane club will have money to spend this summer and must invest it wisely.
Spurs went on a spending spree in excess of £100m last year, having pocketed a big fee from Real Madrid for Gareth Bale.
However, it was to no avail as the club failed to break into the Premier League's top four and saw two managers depart, in the form of Andre Villas-Boas and Tim Sherwood.
Now with Mauricio Pochettino at the helm and several players having been offloaded, Lloris can sense his club splashing the cash once again.
"Of course, now they have a lot of money to spend and now it is up to the leaders to spend it well", Lloris told Tutto Mercato, following France's exit from the World Cup at the hands of Germany.

The custodian was questioned over whether Spurs might move for his international team-mate Antoine Griezmann, who impressed with Les Bleus in Brazil.
"He is a target for many top teams at European level, so he will have many choices", Lloris said.
