Liverpool have joined Galatasaray in holding an interest in Borussia Monchengladbach defender Alvaro Dominguez, but the player himself will not be drawn on quitting Borussia-Park.
Turkish giants Galatasaray are chasing the services of the 25-year-old, who joined Gladbach from Spanish champions Atletico Madrid in 2012.
Liverpool are now also keeping tabs on the central defender, who can operate at left-back. But Dominguez himself will not stoke the transfer fires.
Questioned about the speculation, he told German daily Express: "I can tell you nothing.
"It is my agent who looks after these things.

"We'll see what happens in the coming days.
"I don't know either what my situation here will be."
Dominguez is under contract at Borussia-Park until the summer of 2017.
The defender, who collected two Europa Leagues during his time at the Vicente Calderon, has won two senior caps for Spain.
