Finland striker Teemu Pukki has been rewarded for his superb form at Danish side Brondby by being voted the Superliga Player of the Month for October.
Pukki is on a season-long loan at Brondby from Scottish champions Celtic and the Finn has hugely impressed the club's coach Thomas Frank, who has compared him with Denmark legend Jon Dahl Tommason.
The striker, who is still under contract to Celtic, netted three goals in three league games for Brondby in October, in impressive fashion, and has won the award as a result; Pukki also scored in a Danish Cup win in the same month.
Brondby bemoaned Celtic's asking price for Pukki earlier this week, accusing the Scottish side of being unrealistic in their demands.

The Danish giants have already paid a fee to take Pukki on a season-long loan, but will need to stump up another £630,000 if they want the striker on a permanent basis.
Celtic signed Pukki from Bundesliga giants Schalke.
