Neil Redfearn has revealed he is missing the influence of Leeds United owner Massimo Cellino at the club.
Cellino, who appointed Redfearn as permanent Leeds boss earlier this season, has been forced to stand down from his position at the club due to a Football League imposed ban, with him falling foul of the organisation's owners' and directors' test.
The Italian businessman is due back at Elland Road in April and Redfearn admits that his presence and influence is being missed at the Championship club.
Redfearn told a press conference today: "I've just got on with the day to day stuff. It's obviously the interaction with Massimo off the training field that's gone missing because he's not here.
"I can't speak to him and that's disappointing because he's been good for me and I respect him. We have good conversations about football.

"I miss that side of it. But I know what I've got to do and I'm getting on with it", the head coach added.
Redfearn has presided over a run of good form for Leeds of late, with the Whites having lost just one of their last six games, a period which has seen three wins clocked up, against Bournemouth, Huddersfield and Reading respectively.
The 49-year-old is Cellino's fourth permanent manager at Elland Road, despite him taking control just last year, with Brian McDermott, David Hockaday and Darko Milanic all having been moved on.
