Serge Gnabry is unsure whether he will remain at Arsenal, with his current contract with the Gunners due to end in the summer of 2017.

The Germany Under-21 midfielder did not manage a single first team appearance for Arsenal this season as his campaign was interrupted by injury.

He turned out on eight occasions for the Gunners in the Under-21 Premier League, scoring three goals, and continues to be a highly rated talent.

Gnabry is set to be in the shop window this summer when he turns out for Germany's Under-21s at the European Under-21 Championship in the Czech Republic.

Asked about whether he will stay with the Gunners by news agency SID, Gnabry replied: "At the moment my contract runs until 2017. We'll see what happens after the European Championship."

But while Gnabry does see the European Under-21 Championship as a stage on which to show what he can do, he is determined to put the team before any individual glory.

"The U21 European Championship is one of the most important UEFA tournaments. It is clear that I want to take this chance.

"But it is also clear that it is not about individual players.

"The team is paramount and that we pick up a title for Germany."
