Former Galatasaray defender Tomas Ujfalusi believes Manchester United will consider making a bid for the Turkish club's goalkeeper Fernando Muslera if they cannot hold onto David de Gea.
De Gea is wanted by Real Madrid and with only one year left on his contract, Manchester United appear to be fighting a losing battle when it comes to keeping him at Old Trafford.
Ujfalusi feels that Muslera, who has shone between the sticks with Galatasaray, will surely be under consideration by the Red Devils if they lose De Gea.
However, Louis van Gaal's men could face competition from Italian clubs, who Ujfalusi knows are also keen on the Galatasaray shot-stopper.
"Muslera has many suitors in Italy", Ujfalusi, who played alongside the goalkeeper from 2011 until 2013, explained to Turkish daily Bugun.
