Inter Milan have acquired Aston Villa and West Ham United linked midfielder Adem Ljajic from Roma on a loan deal.
Ljajic had been at the Stadio Olimpico since the summer of 2013 when he arrived from Fiorentina and went on to make 74 appearances for Roma during his two years at the club.
He also netted 15 goals and registered eight assists to their cause which helped them finish second behind Juventus in the 2013/14 campaign as well as the 2014/15 season.
West Ham United of the English Premier League were keen on the acquisition of the Serbia international as they attempt to bolster their squad under the stewardship of Slaven Bilic, but ultimately they lost out on their target.
Inter have confirmed the signing of Ljajic on a loan spell and they also have an option to make the move permanent.
