Rangers midfielder Andy Halliday has heaped praise on forward Martyn Waghorn for his impressive goal haul this season, saying that the hitman has been class for the Gers.
Waghorn signed for the Scottish giants earlier this summer from Wigan Athletic and has gone on to score an impressive 14 goals from 13 games so far. He has been especially prolific in the Championship, netting 11 times from eight appearances.
Halliday, who has three goals this season himself, has lauded Waghorn for his burgeoning tally, saying that he has been in a class of his own this term.
"As I said after the match at Dumbarton, he's been different class for us”, the midfielder was quoted as saying by his club’s site.
"He's now scored goals for us, a magnificent return when you consider we're still in September."

The 23-year-old further added that Waghorn will need to redefine his season targets as he keeps reaching his targets quickly.
“I'm sure he will have set himself some targets at the start of the season and he'll maybe need to reschedule them as he's been hitting them really quickly."
Mark Warburton’s side registered a 4-0 win over Morton in their last league outing, and will be up against second placed Falkirk in their next match on Saturday.
