Agents Giuliano Bertolucci and Kia Joorabchian are in London in an effort to finalise Alexandre Pato's proposed move to Tottenham Hotspur, it has been claimed.
Pato is keen to return to Europe following a stint back in Brazil with Sao Paulo and Corinthians. The ex-AC Milan striker is under contract with Corinthians, but has been on loan at Sao Paulo.
His representatives are now locked in talks with Spurs in an effort to work out a deal which suits all parties, according to Yahoo! Brasil.
Corinthians only own 60 per cent of Pato's sporting rights, with the player himself holding 40 per cent.
Spurs are willing to pay a total of just over £10m to snap up Pato, who would bolster manager Mauricio Pochettino's attacking options in the new year.

Barcelona remain a potential other option for Pato, but Spurs are making the running and are strong favourites to hoover up the striker's signature.
The hitman is enjoying the best year in his career at present, scoring 26 goals in 58 games.
For Pato, a return to Europe would be a welcome one, with the striker having turned out for AC Milan from 2007 until 2012, but failed to match the expectations surrounding him.
