Rangers academy boss Craig Mulholland is delighted with the interest senior team manager Mark Warburton is taking in the club's youngsters.
Warburton was busy adding to his Rangers squad in the summer transfer window, but has still found time to involve youngsters in the senior side, with notably midfielder Jordan Thompson and striker Ryan Hardie being in and around the team.
Mulholland is encouraged by just how interested Warburton is in the young players Rangers are producing and feels that given the Englishman goes to every Under-20s game, starlets can see a route into the first team.
The academy boss told a Twitter Q&A: "He attends every 20s game and has young players round for training every day. The players can see a pathway."
Warburton is no stranger to working with youngsters and did so earlier in his career. And Mulholland thinks Warburton's knowledge of his role has been a big help and has improved him as a youth coach.

"Absolutely [Warburton has improved me]; the gaffer, having done my job before, has been great to learn from and a massive support", he said.
Warburton is expected to be active for Rangers in the winter transfer window, but Mulholland will be hoping that a number of his young talents continue to receive a chance to impress with the senior side and force their way into the reckoning.
Rangers are next in action against Morton at the weekend.
