Mario Giuffredi, the agent of Chelsea and Liverpool target Andrea Conti, has insisted that he hasn’t been contacted by AC Milan but admits that it would be foolish to refuse an offer from the Rossoneri.
The 23-year-old defender’s future at Atalanta has been in serious doubt over the last few months as the player has attracted the interest of some of the top clubs in Europe.
Chelsea, Liverpool, Bayern Munich and Atletico Madrid have all been linked with making a move for Conti but there are suggestions that AC Milan are currently doing all the running in the chase.
The Rossoneri met the Atalanta hierarchy in recent days to discuss a deal for the full-back and AC Milan are speculated to be ready to slap in a bid for the player soon.
Giuffredi is aware of the meeting but he is not sure whether the two clubs discussed Conti as AC Milan are yet to touch base with him regarding his client.

However, he added that it would be foolish not to listen to an offer from a club of AC Milan’s size and stature.
Giuffredi told PianetaMilan.it: “I know there was a meeting, but I don’t know what they talked about.
“I don’t know whether they talked about Conti and as long as I don’t receive an official call from Milan, I cannot say anything."
Asked if he has been contacted by AC Milan, he said: “Absolutely not.”
Conti’s agent added: “Who can refuse Milan? Only a fool would.”
