Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Mousa Dembele has been training individually as he recovers from a hip injury, according to Belgian daily Het Laatste Nieuws.
Dembele, who has been plagued by the injury this season, has scarcely featured for Spurs in the current campaign.
The 30-year-old has thus far managed to clock up just 458 minutes over six appearances in all competitions in the ongoing campaign, with his last outing coming in a 1-0 win over Barnsley in the EFL Cup on 19th September.
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino said in his pre-Liverpool press conference last Friday that he is concerned about Dembele’s fitness problems.
And Tottenham assistant manager Jesus Perez, who revealed that Dembele suffered a setback in his recovery from the hip injury last week, went on to add that the Belgium international struggled to cope with the intensity of first team training.

However, it has been claimed that the former Fulham man has returned to training, albeit individually; but it still remains unclear when he will be back in action.
Spurs, who beat Liverpool 4-1 on Sunday, will next face West Ham United in the EFL Cup on Wednesday before locking horns with Manchester United in the league three days later.
