Aleksander Hleb could well be remaining with Barcelona according to his agent.
The Belarus star spent last season on loan with Birmingham City and the season previous to that found himself in Germany with Stuttgart.
But there has been no permanent switch away from the Camp Nou and, with Hleb currently sidelined through injury, the midfielder’s agent Uli Ferber believes a move is not on the agenda now.
"We’ve heard nothing from Barcelona", Ferber told RAC1.
"We believe that in four or five weeks he can resume training, but we cannot negotiate with any club while he is injured.
"Aleksander plans on staying in Barcelona, but he knows this will not be easy."
