English Premier League duo Everton and West Brom are leading the race for PSV Eindhoven striker Ola Toivonen, with the Dutch club expecting offers to arrive soon.
The 26-year-old Sweden international has been made available for transfer at the right price, and according to Voetbal International, Everton and West Brom are the most serious about capturing him.
Toivonen’s contract at the Philips Stadion expires next summer and PSV have asked him to either renew or leave this summer.
The former Malmo man is edging towards the exit door and it is believed a bid of around €4.5m will be enough to steal him away from PSV.

That is roughly the amount that PSV paid to sign Toivonen from Malmo in 2009.
Toivonen is understood to be ready to move to England, should the right offer present itself.
And PSV coach Phillip Cocu is ready to relegate the striker to the substitutes’ bench should he not pen a new deal but remain in Eindhoven.
