In-demand French striker Paul-Georges Ntep is concentrating on his football rather than interest from a group of clubs which includes Arsenal and Roma.

Ntep has been tipped for a big future in the game and his performances with Auxerre in Ligue 2 and for France's Under-21s at international level have seen great interest shown in him.

Auxerre are bracing themselves for offers for Ntep in the current transfer window, but at least look to have a player who will not push for a move and is prepared to leave his fate in the hands of club president Guy Cotret.

Asked about the transfer chatter surrounding him, Ntep told Lyonne: "Interest from Arsenal and Roma? It's nice, but if a big club think of you among many players, what does that change?

"Anyway, this is not my decision", he continued.

"They must address the president."

Auxerre are unlikely to want to lose the services of the 21-year-old before the end of the season as they battle to return to France's Ligue 1.

They are though currently just eleventh in Ligue 2, with 24 points from eleven games.
