Joel Campbell will only leave Arsenal this summer if the club choose to sell him, preferring not to leave the Emirates Stadium on another loan stint.

Since the Costa Rica forward joined the Gunners in 2011 he has been shipped out on numerous loan stints by Arsene Wenger.

The Frenchman has signed off on loans at Lorient (2011/12), Real Betis (2012/13), Olympiacos (2013/14) and recently Villarreal (2015) for the young forward.

But according to Chilean daily La Nacion, Campbell is not prepared to leave Arsenal on another loan deal.

Indeed, the forward is only ready to leave the north London club if Arsenal agree to sell him on a permanent transfer this summer, which does not at present appear to be on the cards.
