Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s Manchester United side are set to lock horns with Bundesliga outfit RB Leipzig in their second Champions League group stage game on Wednesday.

Looking forward to the game, Red Bulls star Sabitzer has admitted that he has not watched the Red Devils in action this term but feels they are inconsistent.

However, the 26-year-old, who insists RB Leipzig will be the underdogs at Old Trafford, is aware of the quality in the Manchester United squad.

Despite the quality that Manchester United possess, Sabitzer has made it clear that the German side will go into the game with their eyes on the three points.

The Austrian is confident of his side’s chances to compete with any club and explained that Manchester United will know that they are a tough team to beat.

I haven’t seen Manchester United play yet this season but the results suggest they blow a little hot and cold at the moment“, Sabitzer told The Athletic.

They have big names and plenty of quality, and we’ll be the underdogs there.

But they would have watched us in the Champions League and seen that it’s not easy against us, we can compete with any side.

Our intention is to beat them.

“But we’ll need to put in a top performance.

Both Manchester United and RB Leipzig go into the game on the back of a win in their first Champions League group stage game.
